We use the most up to date Thermal Imaging equipment to locate potential causes of water damage and leaks, or any moisture intrusion. Our high tech cameras capture pictures of heat, rather than light as the regular ones do. This way we are able to locate problem areas that are not normally visible to the naked eye.
Thermography can also detect areas where more insulation is needed or where insulation was improperly installed. It can also detect cold spots behind walls that could eventually lead to faster mold growth.
